BLUE APPLE IN THE FAST LANE

The Blue Apple MK team hit the ground
running and successfully opened
the Daytona Racing Circuit in Milton
Keynes www.daytona.co.uk In
the first week they organised a
VIP breakfast, lunch and dinner
function to great aplomb and last
week worked on the Jeremy Clarkson
Top Gear Go-Kart Challenge Cup that
will be seen on the BBC and OK magazine
in the forthcoming weeks. Amongst
the familiar faces we entertained;
Roger Daltry, Carol Vorderman, Neil
Morrissey, Ruby Wax, David Dickinson,
faces from The Fast Show, Dr Fox
and The Top Gear Team.

BAM! BLUE APPLE GOES MOBILE

From tiny acorns
grow Blue Apple, or something like that. Tammy
Hussein is heading up the Blue Apple Mobile
business, (affectionately known as BAM
Catering! at the moment). For the
past few weeks we have been delivering
buffets and sandwiches to some of our
regular companies and now we plan to spread
our wings as we strengthen our team and
infrastructure and develop new business. |

October
2005 is the month Blue Apple launches
its Food Safety Policy months ahead of
the changes to Food Hygiene Regulations
in 2006. We have invested heavily
into the HMS management system; www.hmsltd.com
to ensure our customers receives first
class food safety, preparation techniques,
hazard analysis, temperature controls,
storage methods and service behind the
scenes. The system is known as Hamster. |
THE NAMES HAVE BEEN CHANGED...

October 2005 sees
the launch of the new Blue Apple name
badges, which should be visible on all
staff by the time you read this.. |

Does anyone have
a more diverse mix of customers than our
contract at the National Badminton Centre? www.thenbc.co.uk In
the same day Graham and team looked after
the needs of The Olympic Squad, the Danish
Police, The Gideon’s, Young Offenders
Association and 100 netballers in addition
to the regulars. |
