Don’t let all your hard work and healthy eating go to waste over Christmas. Relax and enjoy yourself by choosing the best treats to maintain balance

  • Fill up on soup and all those lovely vegetables

  • Choose or make healthy versions of festive food (e.g. mince pies made with wholemeal flour and apricots)

  • Don’t eat too many nuts; they’re good for you, but VERY high in calories (try olives instead)

  • Don’t drink too much! Stick to clear drinks (white wine, vodka or gin) and choose organic variants, which contain fewer toxins to minimise your hangover!
