YOUNG
Eating a colourful mix of
fruit and vegetables every day will help stave
of the aging process, but here are a few antioxidant
superstars to help you stay young:
- Berries (particularly
blueberries) – help to keep your brain
young
- Spinach –
helps keep your eye sight sharp
- Tomatoes (particularly
if they’re slowly cooked in a little oil)
– protect you from sun damage
- Red apples,
cranberries and green tea – keep your
heart healthy.
(As do dark chocolate and red wine – in
moderation!)
