Nurture and nourish your gut’s 'good' bacteria to keep you healthy on the inside.

Probiotics contain live bacteria.  Including these in your daily diet can swell the number of ‘good’ bacteria present, leaving less room for the ‘bad guys’.  Good sources include: live yoghurt, natural cheese, buttermilk and wheat grass.

Prebiotics are what your ‘good’ bacteria feed on, so keep them strong and healthy by including plenty of soluble fibre in your daily diet, e.g. Jerusalem artichokes, onions, garlic, oats, nuts, soft fruits, peas and beans
