Nuts and Seeds (e.g. cashews, walnuts, pumpkin seeds)
A rainbow of fruit and vegetables – go for lots of different colours and eat at least five portions a day of fresh, frozen, canned or dried.
Unrefined carbohydrates (e.g. wholegrain breads and pasta, brown rice)
Low salt – instead choose herbs, lemon juice or garlic for flavouring
